3 cups flour 1 egg beaten 2 Tbs paprika 1 tsp red pepper 4 Tbs Lawry's salt 11/2 cups milk 1/2 Tsp salt 1/2 Tsp sage 1 Tsp thyme 1Tbs chili powder Beat all ingredients together, dip fish in batter and deep fry.
